Nyala Vision Sacco has upgraded its system software.
“This new version will enhance speed and quality of service delivery and accommodate variety of innovative devices,” said the Sacco Chairman, Samuel Ngure.
The new system will enable Sacco members to easily access their accounts through the WEB portal and print their statements online. According to Ngure it is also easily compatible with agency banking to enable cash collections and support mobile lending.
He said M-Sacco platform had been improved enabling members to buy airtime, check balance and transfer money direct to accounts.
The Sacco has plans to establish Nyala Sacco Agency Banking in different areas.
“Information and communication technology has become fundamentally important in financial institutions operations,” said Ngure.
The Sacco was started by Nyala Dairy Multipurpose Cooperative Society to enable it pay farmers.
Last year it recorded growth in membership and assets among other areas.
