Lack of adequate funding is a leading cause of inefficiency and poor performance at Tourist hotels-based Savings and Credit Co-operative Societies (Saccos).

He said that members of this Saccos are tourist hotels workers and following the decline of industry in the County, most workers have been laid off.
The Chairman, however, urged the National and County governments to assist these Saccos with funds to enable them boost their activities.
Ndoro who is also Imarika Sacco Chairman, appealed to the Government to aggressively market the country as a tourist destination.
