The New Kenya Co-operative Creameries (New KCC) has re-advertised the position of Managing Director (MD) to replace Nixon Sigey whose tenure at the creamery is drawing to a close.
In a job advert made by the creamery, the interested party must be a team leader with a track record in business leadership.
“We are seeking an excellent leader with an outstanding track record in business leadership to serve as Managing Director. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to deliver results, be a visionary and innovative thinker with the capacity to build a dynamic and high-performing management team,” read the advert in part.

Sigey, who has been holding the post since 2015, will be replaced in the on-going overhaul in the dairy sector pioneered by the Cooperatives and MSMEs CS, Wycliffe Oparanya, aimed at streamlining the sector and ensuring that farmers receive their dues.
