Gakuyo Real Estate has partnered with Ekeza Sacco to enable its members own homes at a cheaper price and acquire suitable land for farming in Kaloleni, Mavoloni. The company has started plot allocation.
Gakuyo Real founder cum Chairman Dr. Kariuki Ngari said the land is good for agri-business especially horticulture farming.
He said members will be assisted through Ekeza Sacco’s Kilimo Biashara to put up green houses and construct houses through a new and first of its kind concept dubbed “Gakuyo Zero Deposit”.
Through this concept, a member will get a two bedroom house by registering only with Sh10,000 and Sh20,000 for a three bedroom house.
