Caritas Microfinance Bank has opened a new branch in Nakuru city, in a colorful ceremony attended by Nakuru Deputy Governor David Jones and Nakuru Catholic Diocese Bishop Rt. Rev. Cleophas Oseso.
Kones promised that the county government will continue to create a conducive environment to attract more investors, especially financial institutions, to provide more services to Nakuru residents.
“Many financial institutions like banks, microfinance institutions and Sacco have opened their branches in the city and we’re ready to cooperate with them for the benefit of residents,” he said, further promising that the county government we will continue to create a conducive environment to enable all financial institutions within the city to operate well.
Kones urged businessmen to use the available institutions to boost their financial status, since the institutions are tools of economic development.
On his part, Rt. Rev.Oseso urged residents to work hard for prosperity.
The event was also attended by KUPPET officials from Nakuru and Nyandarua counties.
Caritas Microfinance Bank Nakuru branch is located opposite Nakuru KFA offices.
