Plans are at advanced stage to open a fully fledged branch of Lengo Sacco in Kilifi town, the county’s headquarters in an effort to boost service delivery.
Speaking during Lengo Sacco Annual Delegates Meeting (ADM) held at Lutheran Hall in Malindi town recently, the Sacco’s chairman, Mr George Ndaa Tune (pictured) revealed that the move is aimed at bringing Sacco services closer to members.
“Arrangements are also underway to open another branch at Mariakani Urban Centre in Kaloleni Sub-county”, Tune noted.
The chairman, however said that the Sacco is currently in the process of rolling out M-Banking to ensure that service delivery goes on for 24 hours.
Equally, therefore the Sacco is also in the process of expanding its market in the county by ensuring that the Marketing Team goes to all the major Urban centres in the county to recruit new members.
