Kenya National Police Sacco holds cohort three delegates workshop in Mombasa

Kenya National Police DT Sacco has begun its Cohort Three Delegates Workshop in Mombasa. The event brings together the Sacco’s leadership, management and staff for sessions on leadership development and member advocacy.

The workshop opened at Mombasa Continental Resort. Retired Deputy Inspector General Edward Mbugua served as chief guest.

Present were the Sacco’s Board of Directors, led by National Chairman David Sohelo Mategwa, OGW, HSC, DSA, ICUDE, alongside senior management and staff.

According to the Sacco, the workshop offers participants a platform to exchange experiences and deepen their understanding of leadership and member representation. Sessions are expected to focus on building leadership capacity and strengthening advocacy for members.

Meanwhile, the Cohort Three workshop forms part of the Sacco’s broader push to equip delegates and leaders with skills to represent and serve its growing membership base.
