Small business owners in Kakamega County have formed a Sacco to enhance their businesses growth.
“It will offer loans and business skills so that traders do not rely on hand-outs from politicians,” said Women Representative Elsie Muhanda.
Muhanda, who spearheaded the Sacco’s formation, said it will offer members loans and training on table banking.
The traders at the county were issued with parasols and expressed their joy saying it will enable them to have access to affordable credit.
