Apstar Sacco puts 35-acre Lukenya land on sale

Apstar Sacco Society Limited, formerly Ukulima Sacco, has announced the sale of a prime 35-acre land parcel in the rapidly developing Lukenya area, just one kilometre from Daystar University.

The land, located within Lukenya/Mavoko Municipality (Plot 343/5), comes with a ready title deed under leasehold tenure.

According to the Sacco, the property is suitable for a wide range of developments, including hotels, resorts, eco-tourism retreats, conference centres, higher learning institutions, gated communities, housing estates, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics parks, agricultural ventures, and renewable energy projects.

Apstar Sacco has invited sealed bids for the land under Tender Reference ASCCS/PRP/01/2026, with tender documents available at its Nairobi office or online for a non-refundable fee of Sh1,000.

Requests for clarification may be submitted via email until January 29, 2026, while completed bids must be submitted by February 5, 2026, at noon. The bids will be opened the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

The Sacco noted that the sale is subject to a reserve price and that prospective buyers are responsible for conducting due diligence on the title and environmental status of the land. It added that it reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in whole or in part without explanation.
