ASK opens booking for Nairobi trade fair set for September

  • ASK has opened bookings for the Nairobi International Trade Fair running from September 28 to October 4, 2026.
  • The fair will be held at Jamhuri Park Showground under the theme of climate smart agriculture and trade.

The Agricultural Society of Kenya (ASK) has opened booking for exhibition space at this year’s Nairobi International Trade Fair, scheduled for September 28 to October 4, 2026, at the Jamhuri Park Showground off Ngong Road.

This year’s edition runs under the theme “Promoting Climate Smart Agriculture and Trade Initiatives for Sustainable Economic Growth,” the same theme used in 2025.

The fair traces its roots to 1902, when the first show was held at Jeevanjee Gardens under what was then the East African Agricultural and Horticultural Society.

It became a formal trade fair in 2002 and has since grown into East Africa’s largest exhibition of its kind, drawing exhibitors from agriculture, manufacturing, banking, education and small and medium enterprises across the region.

Past editions have attracted more than 250 exhibitors and hundreds of thousands of visitors over the seven day run, with livestock competitions, machinery displays and agri-tech showcases among the main attractions.

The Jamhuri Park Showground offers both indoor stands and outdoor exhibition space, alongside conference facilities for corporate and networking events.

Organisers are encouraging early booking, as prominent stand locations at the venue are limited each year.
