Bungoma County Commissioner Samuel Kimiti has urged boda boda riders from the region to join Saccos to build themselves economically.
Speaking to riders in his office Kimiti said that Saccos will help them grow and cater for themselves without difficulties.
“Join Saccos and save so as to qualify for loans to finance your development projects.From Saccos you will grow rapidly,” he added.
He also urged the riders to apply for youth funds from youth enterprises to enable them to start up beneficial projects.
Kimiti further urged the boda boda riders to join technical institutes to get new ideas and opportunities and to not only depend on their boda boda work for income.
“You should explore and get to know new ways of increasing your incomes for a better tomorrow,” He concluded.
