Fortune Sacco has opened a new branch in Ongata Rongai, Kajiado County as part of its expansion plan.
Kajiado County Deputy Governor Martin Moshisho commended the Sacco for focusing on improving the livelihood of Kenyans and assured them of the support from the county government.
Sacco Chairman Mr Rufus Kamau noted that the opening of the new branch would not have been possible without the trust and confidence the 140,000 members have bestowed on the Sacco.
“This large membership has trusted us to be their choice investment vehicle to grow their wealth, making Fortune Sacco one of the fastest growing Saccos in the country,” he said.
He invited residents of Ongata Rongai and Kajiado County in general to come and join us and share in this growth and prosperity.
Sacco Chief Executive Officer Mr Amos Kimotho said the Sacco has a vision of empowering members to improve their living standards.
He said the decision for opening the new branch is due to rapid growth of the town and the business community .
He commended the county government for creating an enabling environment for businesses to grow.
Sacco Rongai branch Mathew Ndegwa said the Sacco is well prepared to ensure members receive best services.
Kajiado North Sub-County Co-operative Office Salome Wangoi said the Sacco is regulated by SASRA and members deposits are save , she called on residents to join Saccos and improve their financial stability.
