Tom Charigah emerged the winner of a three-bedroom house worth KSh3.2 million in a savings promotion scheme organized by Mwalimu National Sacco.

Charigah who been a member of the Mwalimu Sacco for over 40 years, was given the house situated at Kisaju area in Kajiado County after he topped up his share capital to KSh500,000.
“I am very happy to be announced the winner of a three-bedroom house here in Kajiado. I can now retire peacefully knowing that I have a house to live in,” said Chariga.

Mwalimu Sacco Chairman Joel Gachari said saving in a Sacco is the prudent way to invest. Speaking during an award ceremony for Charigah, he added, “I ask Kenyans to save their income through Sacco’s to improve their living standards.”
