Rupsa Sacco has opened applications for a Business Development Officer position, with the recruitment window closing on September 15, 2026.
According to the advertisement, the business development officer will drive the Sacco’s growth through recruitment, mobilisation and market expansion.
The Sacco is seeking candidates aged between 25 and 45 years, holding a bachelor’s degree in a business-related course, preferably marketing, business administration or sales. Registration with the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) will be an added advantage.

Applicants should have at least two to three years of working experience in sales and marketing, business development, brand management or relationship management, along with demonstrated leadership and team-building skills. Experience in a Sacco banking environment will also be an added advantage.
