Stima Sacco Society Limited opened its workplace to employees’ children as part of its Bring Your Child to Work Week, giving young visitors an opportunity to learn about careers and the financial services sector.
The initiative allowed the children to interact with different teams at Stima Sacco, learn about the work their parents do and gain a firsthand understanding of the workplace.

The programme is part of the SACCO’s efforts to promote employee engagement, career awareness and professional development while creating a workplace culture that supports both employees and their families.
By exposing young people to different career paths and the operations of a leading Sacco in Kenya, the initiative also seeks to inspire the next generation of professionals.
