Unison Sacco in ambitious share drive

Unison Sacco
has embarked
on an ambitious
share drive with
an aim of raising working
capital.
“We should embrace
this drive to
make us realize our targets
and dreams,” said
the Sacco’s Chairman,
Mr James Muhandi in
a Board of Directors’
report.
With the drive members
are poised to earn
higher dividends and
have access to additional
credit products at
low interest rates. The
growth of the Sacco is
also expected to remain
stable and steady.
“The share drive
will help the society
in funding business
growth and increase
our capacity to provide
long term financing to
members,” said Muhandi.
The Sacco has also
launched two marketing
vehicles to enhance
its ambitious plans of
taking services closer
to people and widen
market countrywide.
Laikipia County
Executive Committee
Member for Trade,
Tourism and Enterprise
Development,
Anne Cheptoo said the
County Government
had partnered with
Unison Sacco owing to
its good work.
