Ollin Sacco Society Limited has announced vacancies for qualified individuals to fill several positions on renewable contracts.
The available positions include Accounts Assistant, Sales Executive, and Assistant Administrative Officer. According to the sacco, the interested applicants must be between 25 and 35 years old, computer literate, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
“Candidates applying for the Accounts Assistant and Sales Executive positions must have at least two years of relevant experience in a fast-paced financial institution. Applicants for the Assistant Administrative Officer role are required to have a minimum of three years’ experience in a related field.” Reads part of the notice.
To qualify for the Accounts Assistant position, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field — preferably a Bachelor of Commerce — from a recognized university. Applicants must also have attained a minimum KCSE grade of C+ and hold at least CPA Part II qualifications or an equivalent certification.
Applicants for the Sales Executive role must possess at least a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or an equivalent qualification, alongside a minimum KCSE grade of C (Plain). A valid and clean driving licence is mandatory.

For the Assistant Administrative Officer position, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Public Relations, Secretarial Studies, or Human Resource Management from a recognized institution. In addition, applicants should possess a relevant Higher National Diploma and a KCSE grade of C+ or higher. Candidates must also be active registered members of a relevant Kenyan professional body and demonstrate strong skills in minute writing, reporting, and document management.
Qualified candidates are required to submit a handwritten application accompanied by copies of their national identity card, academic and professional certificates, testimonials, and a valid Certificate of Good Conduct or proof of application.
Applications must also include a detailed curriculum vitae indicating salary expectations and contact details for at least three referees. All documents should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and delivered to the Sacco’s Kerugoya headquarters, P.O. Box 83-10300, no later than June 3 at 4:00 p.m. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
