IG SACCO will temporarily scale down its physical branch operations on Saturday, August 29, 2026, to allow for scheduled system maintenance.
According to the SACCO, all branches will close at 11:00 a.m., while the Head Office will remain open until 12:30 p.m.

However, members will still be able to access services through IG SACCO’s digital channels during the maintenance period. These include *879#, *806#, 8795# and the IG App.
Overall, the temporary adjustment is expected to affect only physical branch operating hours. Therefore, the SACCO has encouraged members to use its alternative service channels for transactions.
