United Winners Sacco has visited Kingdom Sacco for a benchmarking exercise focused on technology, customer experience and operational efficiency.
The visiting team sought to learn from Kingdom Sacco’s practices in optimising technology and improving service delivery, according to the host institution.
Kingdom Sacco said the engagement provided an opportunity for the two institutions to exchange knowledge and ideas on operational improvement and innovation.
The visit highlights the role of peer learning in a cooperative sector where technology and member experience are increasingly important to service delivery. However, neither Sacco announced specific agreements or changes arising from the visit.
