to launch more
innovative and
attractive products and

said Ollin is set to attract
more members through
competitive products and
services that are tailormade
to customer needs.
“As a society, we
engage directly with our
members, delegates and
the Board to identify the
needs of our members as
a continuous process. We
also involve researchers
and consultants on the
best products to keep
our existing customers
happy as well as spreading
the net to recruit more
clients,” he said. He said
the Sacco regularly conducts
trainings for members,
board of directors
and staff, a thing that has
seen it be in tandem with
changes in the Co-operative
sector.

Sacco rebranded in a
strategic move to reach
out to more members
beyond the teaching fraternity.
