Siraji Sacco a licensed medium size Sacco society based in Timau, Nanyuki town, is seeking to recruit MSME officer, Micro Credit Officer and Debt Collector.
MSME officer purpose will be promotion, growth and management of the Sacco’s Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) while Micro Credit Officer role will be growing the business and groups by recruiting members and selling Sacco’s products and services.
The MSME officer role also involve identifying potential MSME clients ,appraising loan applications, monitoring loan performance ,providing business advisory services and also ensuring high quality portfolio management in line with the Sacco’s policies and objectives.
The Micro Credit Officer roles also include disbursing loans to identified communities in a time efficient manner and ensure that loan payments are made timely as well.

They will also receive potential clients and conduct an initial assessment and assists clients in completing applications.
Applicants for the MSME officer should have a diploma or Bachelor degree in business administration, cooperative management, accounting, fiancé, economics or related field.
While applicants for the Micro Credit Officer position should have a diploma in marketing, business administration /management or cooperative management, with three years practical experience as micro credit officer in a financial institution.
Debt Collector should possess diploma in cooperative management/banking/finance or credit management and must have at least three year experience in debt collection field.
