Skyline Sacco Limited held a 3-day retreat for its members which served as a pivotal moment of reflection, strategic planning and fostering camaraderie.
The team-building event took place at Kabarak University on May 1-3, 2024.
Also, the event was a crucial opportunity for Sacco leaders to step away from the day-to-day grind and take a more strategic view of their company’s direction also served as a crucible for charting the course ahead.
The Chief Executive Officer Allan Mitei, on Day 2 of the proceedings took the stage to inspire and motivate the team.

Skyline Sacco Society Limited (Formerly Baringo Farmers Savings and credit co-operative society Ltd) is a Deposit Taking (DT) Sacco registered on July 4, 1989 and started its operations on January 1, 1990.
The Sacco head office is located in Eldama Ravine town, at Skyrise Plaza.
Members comprise coffee and pyrethrum farmers, dairy farmers, business community, institutions, salaried staff, Micro credit Groups, within Uasin Gishu, Baringo, Nakuru and Elgeyo Marakwet.
Fully licensed as a deposit taking SACCO (DT) by SASRA, the society started offering front office services in 2004 to diversify the range of services and increase its membership.
Skyline Sacco has branches among others in Mumberes, Mogotio, Emining, Eldama Ravine, Esageri, Torongo, Kabarnet, Kampi ya Moto and Marigat areas.
