- WiFAI Global Awards 2026 is accepting nominations for women in food and agribusiness until August 30.
- Winners will be honoured in London on October 29 across 20 award categories.
- The awards recognise leadership, innovation and impact in the food and agribusiness sector.
Women in food and agribusiness can now enter the WiFAI Global Awards 2026, which will honour leadership and innovation at a London gala on October 29.
The awards recognise women advancing food and agribusiness through leadership, entrepreneurship, research, innovation, investment, sustainability and industry work. Nominees and finalists will attend the ceremony, which brings together leaders from across the global food and agribusiness ecosystem.
In a press statement, WiFAI Global Awards said its decade of collaboration with Guzakuza has connected more than 11,000 women worldwide. This has come through knowledge exchange, platforms, programmes and partnerships that support women across food systems.
“For a decade, Guzakuza has convened leaders, supported entrepreneurs and created platforms that bring people together,” the statement read. “The WiFAI Global Awards extends that work by recognising excellence across the international food and agribusiness community.”
Nominations close on August 30, 2026, with finalists to be announced in September.
The 2026 awards will recognise achievement across twenty categories, including:

- Woman Food Brand Founder of the Year
- Food Innovation Award
- AgriTech Innovator of the Year
- FoodTech Innovator of the Year
- Food Processing and Value Addition Award
- Research and Science Excellence Award
- Climate and Sustainability Leadership Award
- Nutrition and Food Security Leadership Award
- Rural Impact Award
- Media Recognition Award
- Global Ally Award
