The Bingwa Sacco Uwanjani Tournament has officially kicked off, bringing together more than 110 teams competing across eight football fields for a place in the knockout stage.
Only 32 teams will progress to the next stage as the tournament gets underway, setting the stage for an intense battle for the title.

Beyond football, the tournament is part of Bingwa Sacco’s community social responsibility initiative, aimed at bringing communities together, nurturing young talent and creating opportunities for young people through sport.
The Sacco said the opening weekend was marked by strong participation from teams and fans as the tournament embarked on its journey towards the final.
With every team chasing a place among the final 32, the competition now moves into the next phase.
