Yetu DT Sacco has hosted a delegation from Supa Sacco for a benchmarking session to share ideas and compare practices between the two deposit taking Saccos.
The engagement brought the two institutions together to exchange experiences on their operations and identify practices that could strengthen service delivery and performance within their respective Saccos.
Yetu said the session gave its team an opportunity to learn from Supa Sacco while sharing its own experiences, as Saccos increasingly look beyond their own institutions for ideas on improving efficiency and member services.
