Forward Travellers Sacco has hosted MSL Sacco for a corporate-to-corporate benchmarking visit, bringing the two institutions together to exchange ideas on strengthening Sacco operations.
The engagement gave both Saccos an opportunity to share best practices in operations, service delivery, governance, member engagement and business growth.
According to Forward Travellers Sacco, the benchmarking exercise is aimed at promoting continuous improvement and strengthening institutions within the cooperative movement.

The Sacco noted that exchanging knowledge and experience can help both institutions enhance service delivery and create greater value for their members.
Beyond the immediate exchange, the visit also strengthens collaboration between Saccos as they look to learn from one another and sharpen their operations in an evolving financial services sector.
