Kenya National Police DT SACCO records growth as assets hit Ksh66 Billion in 2025

The Kenya Police Savings and Credit Cooperative Organization Deposit Taking ( DT SACCO)  has recorded remarkable growth across key indicators in the year ended December 31, 2025, according to financial statements released on Friday.

The SACCO’s assets grew from Ksh59.8 billion in 2024 to Ksh66.4 billion in 2025, while member deposits increased from Ksh31.1 billion to Ksh33.6 billion over the same period.

The SACCO also recorded a profit before taxation of Ksh3.2 billion, up from Ksh2.5 billion in 2024. The net profit for the year stood at Ksh3 billion.

Total interest and dividend distributions to members reached Ksh4.1 billion in 2025, an increase from Ksh3.9 billion in 2024.

The SACCO reported total expenses of Ksh7.2 billion against an income of Ksh10.7 billion in 2025, with most of its revenue generated from interest on loans to members.

Kenya National Police DT SACCO has been a key contributor to the growth of the SACCO sector in Kenya. Recognized as one of the best-managed SACCOs, it has maintained consistent strong performance over the years and has received several awards for its excellence.
