Members of Kivuli Universal Sacco have elected new office bearers during their annual general meeting held in Nyakach Sub County, marking a fresh chapter in the cooperative’s leadership.
The elections saw Kevin Jaoko retain his position as Chairman, while Bob Odhiambo Achila was elected Vice Chairman. Evans Kiaye secured the Secretary’s post, and Maureen Atieno Onyango was chosen as Treasurer.
In addition, Sophie Sara Achieng, Evans Kiaye, and Josephine Akoth Ndede were elected to join the board, with Jaoko reaffirmed as Board Chairman. Catherine Akoth Oduor was re-elected as a member of the supervisory committee, underscoring continuity in oversight roles.

The Credit Committee also underwent changes, with Simon Gogi elected Chairman, Melvin Achieng Were taking the Secretary’s position, and Earnest Ojuang joining as a member.
Meanwhile, the Education Committee ushered in new leadership, with Bob Odhiambo Achila elected Chairman, Sophie Sara Achieng as Secretary, and Josephine Akoth Ndede as a member.
