The Board of the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) PLC has congratulated Carole Kariuki following her appointment as an independent non-executive director to the Equity Bank Kenya Board.
The NSE described Kariuki as an exemplary leader whose strategic insight and unwavering commitment to advancing Kenya’s private sector have left a lasting impact on the regional business community. “The Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) extends its heartfelt congratulations to our Board Member, Ms. Carole Kariuki, on her appointment to the Equity Bank Kenya Board.”

“Carole’s distinguished leadership, strategic insights, and unwavering commitment to advancing Kenya’s private sector have made a lasting impact across the business community. We are proud to have her serve on the NSE Board, where her expertise continues to strengthen our vision of developing vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable markets,” NSE stated.
