IG Sacco Society Ltd has announced a major recruitment exercise as it seeks to strengthen its workforce and expand its services across the region. The Kakamega-based financial cooperative is calling on qualified professionals to apply for various positions ahead of the September 5, 2025 deadline.
The advertised vacancies cover a wide range of roles, including Risk and Compliance Officer, Database Administrator, Marketing Officer, Branch Supervisors, Accounts Assistant, Call Center Agents, Assistant Legal Officer, and Tellers. According to the notice, some positions will require more than one recruit, such as branch supervisors, tellers, and call center agents.
The recruitment drive highlights the Sacco’s intention to boost both its operational and customer service capacity. The addition of compliance, legal, and IT officer’s points to efforts to enhance governance, ensure regulatory adherence, and strengthen digital infrastructure. Meanwhile, the hiring of tellers and call center agents reflects the need to improve service delivery and member engagement.
