The Kenya Union of Savings and Credit Cooperatives (KUSCCO) will host the 11th SACCO Leaders Convention (SLC) in Mombasa from February 17 to 19, 2026, bringing together SACCO board members, chief executive officers, senior managers and key sector stakeholders to discuss the future of the cooperative movement.
The convention, to be held at PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort and Spa, will focus on strengthening SACCO governance, leadership and sustainability under the theme “The Cooperative Difference: Where members thrive, communities prosper and the future is secure.”
According to KUSCCO, the annual forum is expected to attract SACCO leaders, legislators, government and county officials, business partners and other stakeholders, providing a platform for engagement on cooperative sector matters.

Participants will begin arriving and registering on Monday, February 16, ahead of the three-day conference running daily from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., with departure scheduled for Friday, February 20, 2026.
KUSCCO has invited sponsors and strategic partners to support the convention, noting that the event offers visibility and networking opportunities within the SACCO industry. The participation fee has been set at Ksh95,000 VAT inclusive, covering facilitation, certification and day meals.
An early bird rate of Ksh90,000 will apply to payments made on or before January 15, 2026, KUSCCO said.
KUSCCO urged SACCOs and stakeholders to invest in the forum, saying the outcomes will contribute to a stronger, more resilient cooperative sector nationwide.
