Wakulima Sacco has stepped up its grassroots engagement with farmers in Kiaragana, Endarasha and Kieni, Nyeri, as it seeks to strengthen members’ understanding of its financial products and services.
During the engagement, the Sacco shared information on shares and deposits, loan products, medical and livestock insurance, as well as its mobile money platforms.
The outreach gives farmers an opportunity to better understand the financial solutions available to them while engaging directly with the Sacco on their financial needs.

For Wakulima Sacco, taking financial education closer to members is also part of strengthening the relationship between the Sacco and the farming communities it serves.
The engagement highlights the growing role of Saccos in providing not only credit and savings services, but also financial knowledge and access to insurance and digital financial services for rural communities.
