Qwetu DT Sacco Limited has invited eligible buyers to purchase obsolete and surplus assets currently held by the Sacco, with an auction date set for September 19, 2026.
According to a notice dated September 9, 2026, the Sacco is disposing of a range of items, including old furniture, tires, a note counter, a dispenser, a laptop, batteries, printers, old computers and other assorted items. Two motorbikes are also up for sale, though these will follow a different process from the rest.
Most of the assets listed will be sold directly, on a first come, first served basis, following inspection by interested buyers. All items will be sold on an “as is, where is” basis, meaning they come without warranty and free of any encumbrances. The Sacco has reserved the right to withdraw any item from sale at its discretion.
