Tana River County sets aside Ksh10M for loans

Tana River county government has set aside Ksh10 million this financial year for loans to enable small scale traders expand  their businesses.

Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI ) Tana River county branch chairman Hassan Barisa revealed that the money, which is a revolving Fund, will be disbursed from next month, November.

He advised the business communities to apply for the loans and use them for the intended purpose only.

Barisa also urged the traders to repay promptly to enable others benefit from the same  products.
