Stima Sacco Society Limited has been recognised for its contribution to affordable housing finance after winning the Refinancing Efficiency Champion Award in the SACCO Category at the Kenya Affordable Housing Awards 2026.
The award recognises Stima DT Sacco’s efforts to expand access to affordable mortgage solutions, supported by its partnership with the Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company (KMRC).
