Univision DT Sacco trains delegates on  governance and leadership

Univision DT Sacco has brought together its delegates for a two-day training programme focused on strengthening leadership, governance and accountability within the society.

Held on August 28 and 29, 2026, the training provided delegates with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of their roles while engaging in discussions on the Sacco’s strategic direction and future.

Vincent Marangu, Director at Co-operative Bank of Kenya, was the guest speaker at the training. The Sacco’s Chairman, CEO and Directors also participated in the programme alongside the delegates.

The training comes as Univision DT Sacco seeks to strengthen its governance structures and build a more resilient, member-focused institution.

With delegates playing an important role in representing members, strengthening their capacity can have a direct bearing on how effectively member interests are communicated and governance decisions are made.
